GENERAL INFORMATION Need help getting that living room or bedroom just the way you want it? Put away your color swatches and let me help. I offer complete design services including space planning, furniture selection, color consulting and lighting. If you like to do the shopping, let me present you with the design boards, which will include a space layout, fabric choices, furniture styles and accessory ideas. This way, you can do all the legwork! It's a great way to save money when the budget is tight. But, I'm always available to help in case you get stuck and can't decide what to do next! One of the first things to remember about any design project is to set a reasonable budget. Design and labor costs are often overlooked and there are often unforseen costs, as well. Many homeowners think that working with a designer is an unaffordable extravagance for the everyday budget. But it can actually save you time and money by avoiding costly mistakes and offering a wide variety of creative choices and ideas. Faux Finishes (wall glazes) Starting at $4.00/s.f. Stenciling & hand-painted borders Starting at $6.00/linear.ft. Specialty Faux Finishes (marble, wood, semi-precious stone) Starting at $9.00/s.f. Painted furniture is estimated on a project basis. Floorcloths begin at $275.00 for a 2.5' x 3.5' (Based on size, style and design) Large murals are priced by the project and start at $1850.00 Smaller projects such kid's rooms are priced at $95/hr. Each project is estimated separately based on, but not limited to, the following: ESTIMATE ARE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING: 1. Square footage 2. Estimated time 3. Number of layers (for faux finishes) 4. Equipment rental, i.e. scaffolding 5. Project design (all work is custom and a good design is the key to every project) 6. Travel expenses |

Helping clients choose appropriate furnishing and timeless finishes for their home or business is just the first step in this fun and creative process. Murals are hand painted, custom works of art in their own right, painted directly onto the wall or on canvas in the studio. Small murals begin at $1,500.00. Remember, a mural is a major investment for the client as well as the artist. They take time, patience and planning. All projects are estimated on size, subject matter, research, design time, travel costs, if required, time required to complete the project. and other unique factors.
